NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore) is seeking a visionary leader to serve as the Director of the NorthShore Cardiovascular Institute. The Institute will bring together the disciplines of Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology to create an optimal patient-focused system for delivering cardiovascular services. The Director will have oversight responsibility and authority for the operation of these divisions within the Institute.
As Director, you will be proposed for a clinical faculty appointment at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and play an integral role in maximizing the clinical and academic potential of our cardiovascular specialists., You will leadwhile leading subspecialty program development, education, and research with focus onand growth across the system.
The successful candidate for this position will be highly regarded as a national leader in his/her discipline, and considered to be a master clinician with a collaborative leadership style. The successful candidate will also have a proven track record of developing and growing clinical programs, clinical research and strong evidence of scholarship.
