The Department of Surgery of NorthShore University HealthSystem, the principal teaching affiliate of the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, is seeking a board eligible/board certified Vascular Surgeon with at least 2 years of practice experience or has successfully completed an ABS certified vascular fellowship with an emphasis on endovascular surgery. Training and experience in both open and endovascular procedures and experience with carotid endovascular interventions is preferred.
The position includes clinical care of vascular surgery patients, education of medical students and residents, and clinical research. Candidates may be eligible for faculty appointment. Salary and academic rank are commensurate with experience.
